As General Manager of The Strength + Wellness Collective and one of only four Global Senior Master Teacher Trainers (SMTT) selected by Lagree Method creator Sebastien Lagree, Dayron brings unparalleled expertise in both operations and fitness instruction. He oversees SWC’s daily operations while leading Lagree Method and small group training classes, ensuring that clients experience high-quality, authentic workouts that drive results. His diverse background in training both clients and instructors allows him to create an inclusive environment, supporting each individual’s fitness journey. Dayron’s role as both GM and lead instructor positions him to shape SWC’s supportive, results-driven culture.

Michelle brings a unique blend of expertise to SWC as our Assistant General Manager. Certified in both Lagree and Pilates, with over ten years of experience as an ICU nurse, her extensive knowledge of the body enhances her ability to support clients reach their goals safely and effectively.

Passionate about fitness, Michelle motivates clients to push beyond their limits, fostering strength and resilience through personalized, hands-on guidance. She inspires her classes to embrace the challenge of growth, encouraging a positive and energetic environment. Dedicated to building a supportive fitness community within SWC, she leads classes that are not only challenging and effective but also uplifting and fun for all participants. A former Marine and strongman competitor, Kyle McAlister brings his high-intensity approach to SWC’s personal training programs, where he provides both one-on-one coaching and small group fitness classes.
