Lagree Method

We are proud to be the only true Lagree-certified and licensed studio in Charlotte. This exclusive certification means that you’re receiving the genuine Lagree Method experience, a high-intensity, low-impact workout known for transforming the body. Performed on the Megaformer, the Lagree Method combines strength, endurance, and cardio for a full-body workout that is both challenging and joint-friendly.

Small Group Training

If you thrive in a group setting but still want individualized attention, our Small Group Training and Boxing classes offer the best of both worlds. These high-energy sessions focus on functional training, strength, and conditioning, with class sizes kept small to ensure personalized coaching.

Our BODY SHOT HIIT and Boxing classes provide a full-body workout that targets strength, endurance, and mobility in just 50 minutes. Each day of the week focuses on a different area of the body, ensuring balanced, progressive training that keeps you challenged and engaged.


Personal Training

For those looking for personalized, one-on-one coaching, our Personal Training sessions offer customized fitness plans tailored to your goals.
