You can easily book your classes and services through our online scheduling platform, powered by MindBody. Visit our website, navigate to the “Schedule & Booking” page, and select the class or service that best fits your needs.

We offer flexible fitness membership options that cover Lagree Method, Boxing and Small Group Training. You can also purchase additional services such as personal training, nutrition, mobility and physical therapy separately, but our core fitness membership will give you access to both Lagree and Small Group Training (including Boxing).

We are conveniently located at 628 West Morehead Street in Charlotte, NC. Our studio is easy to access, and we have free parking available on-site for our members.

Founding Members' rates will be available during our grand opening, from November 15th through December 30th, 2024. Sign up during this time to lock in discounted pricing and enjoy exclusive benefits.

We have ample parking available for all our members, with approximately 40 spaces located right in front of the building. Parking is completely free for our members.

We offer a holistic approach to health and fitness by integrating Lagree Method classes, personalized training, small group sessions, nutrition counseling, mobility services, and physical therapy—all under one roof. Additionally, we are the only true Lagree-certified studio in Charlotte.

The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone muscles. While it shares some similarities with Pilates, Lagree uses a machine called the Megaformer, offering a full-body workout that focuses on strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility.

We offer a special New Client 2-Week Unlimited Pass for just $80, giving you access to both our Lagree Method and Small Group Fitness classes. It’s a great way to experience everything we offer and find the classes that work best for you.

No prior experience is necessary. Our instructors will guide you through the workout and offer modifications to accommodate your fitness level, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete.

We offer one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to your specific fitness goals. You can purchase single sessions or opt for packages of 10, 20, or 30 sessions, which are valid for a set period. Our trainers work with you to create customized workout plans based on your goals and fitness level.

Our mobility services, including FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy) and dynamic stretching, are designed to enhance flexibility, relieve muscle tension, and improve range of motion. This is ideal for injury prevention, athletic performance, and overall physical well-being.

Yes, our monthly membership packages allow you to mix and match between Lagree Method and Small Group Fitness classes. We also offer various session packages, including 5, 10, 15, and unlimited monthly options.

We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing and grippy socks for Lagree Method classes (required for safety). Don’t forget a water bottle, and be ready for an invigorating, full-body workout!

Yes, we offer nutrition counseling through two experienced dietitians. Whether you're looking to improve your general wellness, manage a chronic condition, or enhance athletic performance, our nutritionists provide personalized guidance to help you reach your health goals.

We will soon be offering a variety of recovery services, including cold plunge therapy, infrared sauna sessions, and sports massage therapy, designed to help you recover faster, reduce soreness, and improve overall performance.

While we offer two bathrooms and changing rooms, there are no shower facilities on-site at this time. We recommend you plan accordingly if you need to shower after your workout.
